What is your pet policy?
We would love to welcome your furry friends! We ask that pets be kept on a leash at all times and that you not bring them into our public buildings - our Welcome Center, Riverside Event Center, and Water Closets. You are responsible for pet clean-up and noise control. NY State requires that we have updated shot records on file. These can be provided at check in or sent by email ahead of time.
What is your cancellation policy?
We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine!
Nightly/Weekly Stays: For all stays shorter than 30 nights, no refunds are given on or after arrival. Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance will be refunded in the form that was used for the payment, unless otherwise stipulated at the time of booking. Deposits will be forfeited for all reservations canceled less than 14 days prior to your arrival date.
Monthly Stays: For all stays of 30 nights or longer, no refunds will be given on or after arrival. Cancellations made at least 45 days in advance will be refunded in the form that was used for payment. Deposits will be forfeited for all reservations canceled less than 45 days prior to your arrival date.
Other Bookings/ Group Rentals: No refunds will be given on or after arrival. Cancellations made at least 45 days in advance will be refunded in the form that was used for payment. Deposits will be forfeited for all reservations canceled less than 45 days prior to your arrival date.
What is the speed limit?
Speed limit for vehicles, RVs, and golf carts is 5 mph in all areas of the resort.
Do you have quiet hours?
We do! Quiet hours are from 10pm – 8am. Anyone under 18 years of age must be at their site or cabin during these hours, unless accompanied by an adult.
Do you have seasonal sites?
Yes we do! Please give our office a call and we will be happy to help you to find your perfect site!
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 3 pm and check-out is 11 am.
Can I add a golf cart to my stay?
If booking online, you will be given an option to add any add-ons to your stay, like a golf cart. If you already made a reservation, please give us a call and we can add one for you!
How can I guarantee my perfect site?
We do offer you the opportunity to guarantee your favorite campsite or cabin by paying our applicable locking fee. If you opt out of the locking fee, you are guaranteed your selected site or cabin type, but NOT the specific unit number.
Do you have WiFi?
There is strong WiFi in the River Lodge and Private Meeting Room. WiFi access is also available throughout the resort’s buildings, accommodations, and 70 acres, though given the expansiveness of the property,, signal strength in those areas can vary.
Can I swim in the Neversink?
YES you can! We have public access right next to the River Lodge, which is also our launching point for our water tubing.
Has this property been renovated?
We have recently completed a wide selection of projects, including: fully renovated restrooms and general store, upgrades to our accommodations, and a refresh of the grounds and River Lodge.
